This video from Chef Jason Hill offers a few unique tips
about hard boiled eggs. To begin cooking hard boiled eggs, place the eggs in a pot of cool water, then bring to a boil, cooking a total of 10-15 minutes.
Next, immediately cool the eggs under cold running water to prevent the brown/green ring from forming around the yolk.
Though you can easily peel hard boiled eggs under running cool water, you can also try this blowing trick for peeling hard boiled eggs. Simply remove the shell from both ends of the egg and blow the egg out!
To determine the difference between raw eggs and hard-boiled eggs, spin the egg on your counter. The raw egg will not spin; the hard boiled egg will spin upright like a top!
