Cooking Shrimp - Himalayan Salt Rock

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated lemon zest
- 1 Himalayan salt rock
Directions:
- Place Himalayan salt rock or block on a baking sheet and place in the oven at 400 F for 1-2 hours.
- Rinse shrimp well in cold water. Mix all ingredients together and marinated desired amount of shrimp for 30 minutes.
- Remove rock from oven and place on heatproof surface.
- Cook marinated shrimp on the Himalayan Salt Block — or your grill — about 3-4 minutes on each side.
